1. Service and scope

These terms cover individual consumers and business users. Choosing Pro or Expert does not by itself make a consumer a business customer.

LinkList Ninja organises official Google Play and App Store links into lists. It opens store pages and records progress that you mark manually. It does not install apps, detect installation or guarantee a publisher’s safety, price or availability. App purchases and store subscriptions are separate from the service.

2. Acceptance and paid orders

Creating or using an account after accepting these terms forms the agreement for the requested service. A paid order is separate and requires your express acceptance of the plan, features, total price, currency, taxes, period and renewal/cancellation terms, with an opportunity to correct errors and retain the order confirmation. Opening a list or creating an account does not authorise a payment. Online checkout and recurring collection are not currently available.

Technical requirements

The web service requires an internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript. Account features require supported cookies; local checklist progress requires browser storage. Store availability and app compatibility depend on the relevant platform, country, device and publisher. No additional app licence, hardware or installation service is supplied by a LinkList Ninja plan.

3. Account and sharing

Use accurate information, protect your sign-in email and codes, and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others. Private lists are owner-only and are the default. Anonymous lists are available by link with author and custom icon hidden. Public lists display the author and use a custom address. Shared links can be forwarded. A changed automatic app name restricts its list to Private. Changing your account address can invalidate previous custom list links.

4. What each plan provides

Free allows up to 3 lists and 30 items per list, official store links, Private and Anonymous sharing, QR/short links and the guided checklist. Eligible Free use may display partner advertising. Pro allows up to 50 lists and 100 items per list, adds Public lists, a displayed author and custom addresses, and removes advertising under the service’s plan rules. Expert allows up to 250 lists and 300 items per list and adds sections, list icon presets and compressed icon uploads. One item may include one link for each store; platform progress is separate.

Published base prices are Pro 2 per month or 20 per year, and Expert 5 per month or 50 per year, in EUR in euro-currency locations and USD elsewhere. The final payable currency, applicable taxes and total must be confirmed in the order. A yearly price covers one year; it is not twelve monthly charges.

5. Activation, renewal and expiry

For a paid subscription, access starts immediately after successful payment. The selected monthly or yearly period renews automatically only with your express informed authorisation. Cancelling stops future renewal and leaves access through the paid period, without restricting statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Cancellation requests can be sent to the support contact below.

When a paid plan ends, you may choose up to three lists that meet Free limits to remain active. You can make or change this choice from your account before expiry; without a choice, the three most recently modified eligible lists are selected, or fewer if fewer qualify. Lists with more than 30 items are frozen rather than truncated. Other lists are owner-only, read-only and exportable as CSV/XLSX, without public or shared access. Public lists become Private and their public custom addresses stop opening them. Section structure and custom icons are retained in the data, but paid-only presentation is unavailable on Free. Expiry alone does not delete lists or items. Renewing restores editing within the renewed plan’s limits; public sharing returns only if the owner explicitly enables it.

6. Content and acceptable use

You retain rights in your original content and grant only the licence necessary to host, process and display it according to your settings. You must have the necessary rights to images and other content. Store names, app icons and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement. Illegal content, rights infringement, fraud, impersonation, malware, spam, unauthorised personal data and interference with service security are prohibited. Only supported official Google Play and App Store links are accepted.

7. Availability, restrictions and remedies

We may restrict content or access proportionately to address a substantiated violation, security risk or legal duty. Where lawful and appropriate, we explain the reason and allow a challenge through the reporting contact below; urgent protective action may precede notice. Keep a copy of important information. We do not promise uninterrupted service, but this does not exclude mandatory conformity, repair, price-reduction, termination, refund or damages rights. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud.

French statutory digital-service guarantees

Where French consumer law applies, the following statutory notice concerns continuous supply for the contracted period: one month for a monthly subscription or one year for a yearly subscription, and each renewed supply period. The operator identified at the end of this page is responsible for these guarantees; contact the support contact below or the postal address at the end of this page.

The consumer is entitled to the statutory conformity guarantee for any lack of conformity appearing throughout the contracted continuous supply period. During that period the consumer only has to establish the defect, not when it appeared. The guarantee requires all updates necessary to maintain conformity throughout that same supply period.

The guarantee entitles the consumer to have the digital service brought into conformity without undue delay following the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.

The consumer may keep the service with a price reduction, or terminate the contract with reimbursement in return for giving up the service, if: (1) the provider refuses correction; (2) correction is unjustifiably delayed; (3) correction cannot be made without charging the consumer; (4) correction causes major inconvenience; or (5) nonconformity persists after an unsuccessful correction attempt.

An immediate price reduction or termination is also available where the defect is sufficiently serious; no prior request for correction is then required. For a minor defect, termination is available only if the contract does not require payment of a price.

Any period when the service is unavailable for correction suspends the remaining guarantee until a conforming service is supplied again. These rights arise from French Consumer Code Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31. A provider obstructing the guarantee in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to EUR 300,000, which may reach 10% of average annual turnover (Article L242-18-1).

The consumer also benefits from the statutory hidden-defects guarantee under French Civil Code Articles 1641 to 1649 for two years from discovery. It gives a right to a price reduction if the service is kept or full reimbursement in return for giving it up.

8. Changes to features and prices

We may add features and make changes needed for security, legal compliance, reliability or technical compatibility. This is not an unrestricted right to reduce agreed paid services. Mandatory digital-service modification and termination rights remain applicable. We do not increase the price of an already paid period. New prices apply to future purchases or renewals after the information, notice and consent required by applicable law, with an opportunity to stop renewal. New conditions do not retroactively remove accrued rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms and contracts for LinkList Ninja are governed by Ukrainian law. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring proceedings before a competent court under other applicable law. There is no mandatory arbitration or general waiver of class actions. The English, Ukrainian and French versions express the same terms; mandatory language rights remain protected.

For complaints or a proposed amicable resolution, contact the support contact below. You retain statutory complaint and court rights; contacting us does not suspend legal deadlines.
