1. Current payment availability
Online payment and recurring collection are not currently available. Creating an account does not authorise a charge.
2. Price and included service
Free costs 0. Pro is 2 monthly or 20 yearly for up to 50 lists and 100 items per list, Public lists, author/custom addresses and an ad-free experience under the plan rules. Expert is 5 monthly or 50 yearly for up to 250 lists and 300 items per list, plus sections, icon presets and compressed icon uploads. The amounts are in EUR where the euro is used and USD elsewhere. Yearly access is billed as one yearly amount. App purchases or subscriptions in Google Play and App Store are not included.
The operator is a Ukrainian group-3 sole proprietor, not registered for Ukrainian VAT. Published Pro and Expert prices are the final service prices and include any taxes we are required to collect; mandatory service taxes are not added on top after confirmation. This does not declare every purchase VAT-exempt in other countries. Payments are planned through monobank / Universal Bank in the displayed payment currency, USD or EUR, to the corresponding currency account, without conversion by LinkList Ninja. Before authorising a payment you will see its exact currency, amount, billing period and renewal terms. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees if your card uses another currency. Online payment is not yet enabled. Support never asks for full card numbers, security codes or bank passwords.
3. Start and automatic renewal
Paid access begins immediately after successful payment. The chosen monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically for the same interval unless cancelled, subject to the price and notices lawfully agreed for the next period. Recurring collection requires express informed authorisation separate from merely creating an account. The order confirmation must state the plan, amount, interval, start, renewal date and cancellation method in a form you can retain. Where required, renewal reminders and price-change notices must be delivered.
4. Stopping renewal and expiry
Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves access through the paid period. It is separate from withdrawing from the contract or obtaining a refund for a nonconforming service. Send a cancellation request to the support contact below. Applicable statutory online cancellation rights remain protected.
When a paid plan ends, you may choose up to three lists that meet Free limits to remain active. You can make or change this choice from your account before expiry; without a choice, the three most recently modified eligible lists are selected, or fewer if fewer qualify. Lists with more than 30 items are frozen rather than truncated. Other lists are owner-only, read-only and exportable as CSV/XLSX, without public or shared access. Public lists become Private and their public custom addresses stop opening them. Section structure and custom icons are retained in the data, but paid-only presentation is unavailable on Free. Expiry alone does not delete lists or items. Renewing restores editing within the renewed plan’s limits; public sharing returns only if the owner explicitly enables it.
5. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights
EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Starting an ongoing digital service does not automatically remove that right. Any proportionate charge for performance during that period requires the legally necessary information and express request; exceptions require their own conditions. Where applicable, an accessible online withdrawal function with retainable acknowledgement must be provided in addition to other valid methods.
You may send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to the support contact below or the postal address below. Suggested wording: “I withdraw from my LinkList Ninja subscription”, followed by the account email, plan, order reference if known, order date, your name and the date of the request. No exclusive wording or reason is required. A valid notice through another legally recognised route is not rejected merely because you did not use our suggested form.
Mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity and refund rights under the law applicable to your purchase take priority over any commercial policy. Ukrainian law governs the contract without removing those protections.
6. Refund requests and service problems
For an incorrect charge, missing access or nonconforming service, contact the support contact below with the account email, order reference if available, date and description. Do not send full payment credentials. We assess the applicable remedy, which may include restoring access, correction, price reduction, termination or refund. For an EU withdrawal where reimbursement is due, reimbursement is generally within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without added fees, subject to lawful deductions or exceptions. Other mandatory deadlines remain applicable.
7. Future prices
Feature additions do not increase the price of the period already paid. A new price can apply only to future purchases or renewals after the legally required disclosure, advance notice and consent, with the ability to stop renewal.
