1. Use the service responsibly
Do not use lists, names, icons or messages for illegal content, copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorised personal information, spam or malicious activity. Do not bypass access restrictions, attempt to read private lists, overload the service or manipulate advertising. Only supported official Google Play and App Store links are accepted; a store listing is not our endorsement of an app.
2. Send a report
Email the reporting contact below or use the Contact Us form with Report abuse selected. No account is needed. Include the exact list or image URL, what is allegedly unlawful or violates rights, the reasons and supporting evidence, your reply contact and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. Identify your authority if acting for a rights holder. Do not include passwords, unnecessary identity documents or harmful material itself. If the form fails, email remains available.
Formal illegal-content notices
A formal illegal-content notice should identify the exact URL, explain the alleged illegality and include the notifier’s name and email where required, plus a good-faith statement of accuracy and completeness. Statutory exceptions to identification, including specified child sexual-abuse reports, remain applicable. Informal safety reports do not universally require a name. Do not send illegal images themselves.
3. Review and challenges
We review sufficiently specific reports and may seek clarification, restrict content or access, preserve necessary evidence or take no action where a violation is not established. A report does not automatically require removal. Where legally required or appropriate, we acknowledge receipt, explain the outcome and inform the affected user, subject to lawful confidentiality and safety restrictions. To challenge a decision, reply to the reporting contact below with the reference, reasons and relevant evidence. Statutory complaint and court routes remain open.
Abuse reports, supporting evidence and appeals are accessible only to authorised handlers and retained for three years after final closure. At expiry they are deleted or anonymised. Only necessary materials for a specific unresolved dispute, legal claim or binding legal duty may be retained longer, with restricted access and periodic review. We do not promise a universal response deadline: urgent or formal legal notices may have shorter statutory deadlines.
4. Copyright notices
Formal copyright notices must meet the applicable statutory procedure. Ukrainian law may require particular information, a signature and representation; an informal report does not replace these requirements. We may ask for the information needed to process the notice under the applicable law.
5. Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability privately to the reporting contact below with the affected URL and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt the site, publish secrets or continue exploitation. This reporting route is not permission for unauthorised testing and does not promise a reward.
